Rex.mt has proudly served its customers since 2022, though our journey in printing excellence began back in 2005. Our conveniently located medium-sized warehouse, in Handaq Qormi, is where we craft an extensive range of large format and Flatbed printed products. Our cutting-edge HP Latex printers and advanced finishing equipment empower us to deliver exceptional printing solutions to customers across Malta and Gozo.

It's important to note that, unlike general print and sign shops, we do not provide installation services for signage.

HP has long been recognized for its exceptional dedication to environmental sustainability in the design and production of its printers and peripherals. The use of HP Latex Inks exemplifies this commitment. These aqueous-based ink formulations have been meticulously developed to not only meet stringent worldwide regulatory requirements but also address a wide spectrum of health and environmental considerations throughout the entire life cycle of your print project.
Global Standards and Compliance
In an era where countries worldwide are setting rigorous environmental standards and regulations, it's crucial to use inks that meet or exceed these expectations. HP Latex Inks have successfully completed all the necessary registrations to comply with the EU's chemical inventory requirements. Importantly, these inks are formulated without regulated materials such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, lead, azo colorants, and more. As a result, they align seamlessly with a diverse range of global environmental standards.
Furthermore, HP Latex Inks are designed to be environmentally friendly. They are free from hazardous air pollutants and boast a volatile organic content (VOC) of less than 300 gm/l. This means that VOC emissions are exceptionally low when compared to typical offset lithography emissions. We have also implemented cleaning and maintenance procedures to further minimize VOC emissions.

Our commitment to health and safety extends to our operatives. HP Latex Inks have been classified as non-hazardous by various regulatory bodies, including the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, the US HazCom 2012, and other country-specific GHS regulations. These inks do not contain ingredients considered harmful, ensuring the well-being of those who work with them.
Additionally, HP R Series Latex Inks are non-flammable, non-combustible, and require no special handling, storage, or transportation conditions. They are also safe for use in the production of toys, providing added peace of mind.
Certified for a Sustainable Future
HP Latex Inks have earned recognition for their positive impact on indoor air quality. They meet rigorous indoor air quality standards for low chemical emissions, earning certifications such as UL ECOLOGO, with GREENGUARD pending.
We're also proud to highlight that both HP printheads and cartridges can be easily recycled through the HP Planet Partners Program. The largest ink supplies are designed as 10-litre bag-in-a-box solutions, with 70 percent of the cartridge's weight consisting of recyclable cardboard.
